Refund policy

30 day returns, no questions asked. If your Glowpine lights are not right for you, reach us through the Contact page on this store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or faulty on arrival. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice. No return is needed for a faulty unit unless we ask.

Lifetime Warranty. If you added the Lifetime Warranty and your Glowpine lights fail in normal use, we replace them. Send your order number and a photo.

Shipping Protection. If you added Shipping Protection and your order is lost, stolen or damaged on the way to you, we replace it or refund it, your choice. Send your order number.
